Group Memberships

I don't know where to post this so I will post it here.

I was wondering what group memberships were and how do you set them up?

The group memberships bar is to the right of Additional Information showing age, occupation and other information in the Profile of a member.

okay .. and what is a group membership for?

Iam asking this cause with a possible Arian Catholic fellowship starting (soon, it looks like) .. would the group membership be for the fellowship, or for those of us here?
