I bet some of you guys won't believe in these things, but I'm sharing anyway.
I finished last night writing (yet in my native finnish) an exorcism formula based on the Holy Bible - mostly psalm 91, Qumran apocryphal exorcism psalms and Jewish and Christian tradition.
It is a dialogue of two brothers, preferring they are episkopos and presbyter, or at least presbyter and deacon.
As I have experience with the evil spirits, I believe this could work well.
It would be even better if we'd had some ordained ministers here.
I'm going to translate that piece in english as well, so you can give feedback.

A Simple Exorcism
Strictly for Bishops or authorized Priests, Deacons and Oblates Only
Prayer Against Satan and the Rebellious Angels
Published by Order of His Grace Arian Catholic Primate Archbishop of York,
Most Reverend B. B. Michael John Mackenzie-Hanson, BA (Hons), DD, acOSB.
________________________________________
The following is a simple exorcism prayer that can be said by Bishops or authorized Priests and Oblates. The term “exorcism” does NOT always denote a solemn exorcism involving a person possessed by the devil. In general, the term denotes prayers to “curb the power of the devil and prevent him from doing harm.” As St. Peter had written in Holy Scripture, “your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, goeth about seeking whom he may devour.” (1 St. Peter 5:8)
The Primate of the Arian Catholic Church exhorts Bishops and authorized Priests to say this prayer as often as possible, as a simple exorcism to curb the power of the devil and prevent him from doing harm. Authorized Deacons and Oblates also may say it in their own name, for the same purpose, as any approved prayer. Its use is recommended whenever action of the devil is suspected, causing malice in men, violent temptations and even storms and various calamities. It could be used as a solemn exorcism (an official and public ceremony, in Latin), to expel the devil. It would then be said by a Bishop or a Priest, in the name of the Church and only with a Bishop’s permission.

Prayer for the intercession of St. Michael the Archangel
In the Name of the Father, with the Son, through the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Almighty Father in Heaven, send us your most glorious Prince of the Heavenly Armies, Saint Michael the Archangel, to defend us in “our battle against principalities and powers, against the rulers of this world of darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places” (Eph., 6:12). May he come to the assistance of men whom You have created to Your likeness and whom You have redeemed at a great price from the tyranny of the devil. The Holy Church venerates him as her guardian and protector; to him, You Lord have entrusted the souls of the redeemed to be led into heaven. We ask therefore that St Michael prays the God of Peace to crush Satan beneath our feet, that he may no longer retain men captive and do injury to the Church. Offer our prayers to the Most High, that without delay they may draw His mercy down upon us; take hold of “the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan”, bind him and cast him into the bottomless pit ... “that he may no longer seduce the nations” (Revelations 20:2-3).
Exorcism
In the Name of Jesus Christ, son of God, strengthened by the intercession of the Blessed Michael the Archangel, of the Blessed Apostles James, Peter and John and all the Saints. (and powerful in the holy authority of our ministry)*, we confidently undertake to repulse the attacks and deceits of the devil.
* Priests, Deacons and Oblates omit the parenthesis above.
Psalm 68
God arises; His enemies are scattered and those who hate Him flee before Him. As smoke is driven away, so are they driven; as wax melts before the fire, so the wicked perish at the presence of God.
V. Behold the Cross of the Lord, flee bands of enemies.
R. The Lion of the tribe of Juda, the offspring of David, hath conquered.
V. May Thy mercy, Lord, descend upon us.
R. As great as our hope in Thee.

(The crosses below indicate a blessing to be given if a Bishop or an authorized Priest recites the Exorcism; if an Oblate, Deacon or unauthorized Priest recites it, they indicate the Sign of the Cross to be made silently by that person.)
We drive you from us, whoever you may be, unclean spirits, all satanic powers, all infernal invaders, all wicked legions, assemblies and sects. In the Name and by the power of Jesus Christ, + may you be snatched away and driven from the Church of God and from the souls made to the image and likeness of God and redeemed by the Precious Blood of the Divine Lamb. +
Most cunning serpent, you shall no more dare to deceive the human race, persecute the Church, torment God’s elect and sift them as wheat. + The Most High God commands you, + He with whom, in your great insolence, you still claim to be equal. “God who wants all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (I Tim. 2:4). God the Father commands you. + Christ, the Son of God commands you. + the Holy Ghost commands you. + He who to save our race outdone through your envy, “humbled Himself, becoming obedient even unto death” (Phil. 2:8); He who has built His Church on the firm rock and declared that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Her, because He will dwell with Her “all days even to the end of the world” (Matt. 28:20). The sacred Sign of the Cross commands you, + as does also the power of the mysteries of the Christian Faith. + The glorious Mary, Mother of Christ, commands you; + she who by her humility and from the first moment of her Conception crushed your proud head. + The faith of the holy Apostles James, Peter and John, and of the other Apostles commands you. + The blood of the Martyrs and the pious intercession of all the Saints command you. +
Thus, cursed dragon, and you, diabolical legions, we adjure you by the living God, + by the true God, + by the holy God, + by the God “who so loved the world that He gave up His only Son, that every soul believing in Him might not perish but have life everlasting” (St. John 3:16); stop deceiving human creatures and pouring out to them the poison of eternal damnation; stop harming the Church and hindering her liberty. Be gone, Satan, inventor and master of all deceit, enemy of man’s salvation. Give place to Christ in Whom you have found none of your works; give place to the One, Holy, Arian, Catholic and Apostolic Church acquired by Christ at the price of His Blood. Stoop beneath the all-powerful Hand of God, which the Cherubim and Seraphim praise unceasingly repeating: Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord, the God of Hosts; tremble and flee when we invoke the Holy and terrible Name of His Son, Immanuel, this Name which causes hell to tremble, this Name to which the Virtues, Powers and Dominations of heaven are humbly submissive.
V. O Lord God in Heaven, hear my prayer.
R. And let my cry come unto Thee.
V. May the Lord be with thee.
R. And with thy spirit.
Let us pray.
God of heaven, God of earth, God of Angels, God of Archangels, God of Patriarchs, God of Prophets, God of Apostles, God of Martyrs, God of Confessors, God of Virgins, God who has power to give life after death and rest after work: because there is no other God than Thee and there can be no other, for Thou art the Creator of all things, visible and invisible, of Whose reign there shall be no end, we humbly prostrate ourselves before Thy glorious Majesty and we beseech Thee to deliver us by Thy power from all the tyranny of the infernal spirits, from their snares, their lies and their furious wickedness. Deign, O Lord, to grant us Thy powerful protection and to keep us safe and sound. We beseech Thee through Your Son: Jesus Christ. Amen.
V. From the snares of the devil,
R. Deliver us, O Lord.
V. That Thy Church may serve Thee in peace and liberty:
R. We beseech Thee to hear us.
V. That Thou may crush down all enemies of Thy Church:
R. We beseech Thee to hear us.
(Holy water is sprinkled in the place where we may be.)

This is a simple exorcism (parts I & II) which I have used prior to a consecration. I would be interested to see your exorcism formula once it is translated.
In the grace of our Father through Immanuel,

I wrote a long prologue to this in Finnish, but I ommit it yet for the sake of saving time. I'm translating this simultaneously (including the Scriptures!) while posting, so elegancy of text may be lacking in this early translation
Here it is...
Before going to the location where exorcism will take place, brothers should pray silently and together and ask the Holy Spirit and God's guidance and protection.
Formal ritual will be conducted thus:
I We come to this place/person in the name of Allmighty God. May we all have the mercy of God and the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ together with the union of the Holy Spirit
II Be it also with your spirit
I We come to this place in the name of Christ Jesus!
II He has carried all of our sins.
I He who was slain, is worthy to receive dominion and riches and wisdom and power...
II ...and honor and glory and blessing! (Rev.5:12)
I We come to this place with the protection of all the holy angels and the holy archangel Gabriel and with protection of archangel St.Michael...
II ...he who threw you out of heaven oh unclean spirit!
I (following is quotation from the psalm 51). Oh God, purify me with hyssop so I would be clean...
II ...wash so I would be whiter than snow.
I The holy prophet of God, king David, the forefather of our Lord wrote a psalm which we now read in Holy Spirit and direct it against the Evil Presence here.
(then brothers read it about verse and verse - I don't write it here now and don't have e-sword in this computer. Because it is said in that Psalm that God protects the psalmist because he knows His Name, I have not omitted the Divine Name this time - my opinion)
I Your ancient servants, oh God, read psalms when the evil spirits which oppose You tormented them. They read like this (This is a gathering from the apocryphal exorcism psalms of Qumran)
An incantation of the Name of Yahweh, which maybe chanted in the heavens at any time.
Because the Devil comes to you at night and you will say to him:
II Who are you? Go away admist of humanity and from the congregation of the holy ones!
I You appear to be vanity and your horns are illusion. You are darkness, not light...
II ...wickedness, not righteousness.
I May Yahweh strike you with fierce blow!
II And in His wrath may he send a mighty angel to execute His hole judgement agaist you with no mercy.
I Commander of the armies of Yahweh will grab you and drag you to the deepest whole (Tartarum) through the Bronze gates.
II And the light that shines to the righteouss will not shine to you. In the prison pit/tartarum you shall await the doom and curse of Yahweh. (end of exorcism psalm)
I Evil spirit, what is your name? In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ we command you:
II Come out of this place/person and do not ever return!
I With the authority of the Holy Scriptures we command you:
II Leave and never return!
I By the authority laid down to us by our master Jesus Christ we command you to leave this place in God's universe / this person who has been made to the image of God.
II I order you foul spirit:
I I command you demon:
II By the power of holy angels and the Lamb of God:
I Let this place/person be in peace permanently.
II May the holy angel of God take your place in this location/person!
I And may God himself cast you to tartaros alongside with the Ancient Rebels (the nephilim) of old...
II ...so you will not make fool of God's creation and people He has created His own image!
I Of him who is Love and the Father of Lights, from whose grace you have willingly fallen from.
II By the Sacred Name of God we order you fallen angel:
I In the Name of Yahweh:
II In the model laid down to us by holy apostles and with the authority which was given to them:
I I curse you demon.
II Amen.
Then brothers will conduct the blessing of the sons of Aaron and take care for emotional, physical and spiritual needs of the exorced.

To "refrain from things" is abstinence. "Fasting", in practice, is self-starvation. Both are a practice of self-discipline.

I always thought fasting was partly to ensure self discipline and help focus the mind and soul.. I noticed I do it sub conciously when I know I have something I need to focus on and work hard at... or maybe everyone does? :jlol:

I've encountered not a few types here in the states for whom fasting has a certain quality of attempt to manipulate the Father . . . even a "I'm gonna hold my breath 'til I turn blue" attitude. I can't think of the Father as a vending machine: put in 3 days of fasting and 6 prescribed prayers and . . POP! . . . out comes your soda.
Something else must be going on.

Fasting is primarily required for the high Sabbath Yom Kippur, or Day of Atonement, which occurs on 10th Tishrei. Fasting is not allowed in the month of Nisan (also known as Abib, or Aviv) at all.
Fasting, outside of the Bible, is also required, recommended, or optional (in some Jewish and Judeao-Christian circles) on various other days.

Brother Danage,
Why is it forbidden during Nisan ?

Brother Danage,
Why is it forbidden during Nisan ?
I think it is a Rabbinic tradition, and also to make sure that the people keep to Pesach completely, and eat unleavened bread, and not just keep to the first day of Pesach, but keep them all by eating just unleavened food during that time (sorry for the very long sentence).
